Dooralong Valley Resort
is perfect for weddings with ceremonies held in picturesque Resort
grounds amidst beautifully manicured gardens and a superb rural
backdrop. Using our Pines function room, our professional planners
will ensure your event is the perfect intimate affair that you are
after. With 65 rooms and cottages, your guests may like to stay the

SITE INSPECTIONS - By appointment
To organise a time for our
function co-ordinators to explain our facilities and answer your
questions, please pre arrange your site inspection by appointment,
thank you.
CEREMONY Our grounds and well manicured
gardens are available for you should you wish to hold your ceremony
at Dooralong Valley Resort. Cost - $500.00 for the use and
maintenance of the grounds.
FUNCTION ROOMS Weddings at Dooralong are now held
in our Pines function room catering for a maximum of 80 guests, or
our Jilliby's Conservatory catering for a maximum of 120 guests . Pines room
hire also includes the adjoining the William Cape function room as
an alternate location for the food buffet.
RECEPTION DURATION $1000.00 Includes the hire of the Pines & William
Cape function rooms (or Jilliby's
Conservatory)
for 5 hour duration. Hire includes setup of the room with round
tables, bridal table with skirting, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
After 5 hours a charge of $100.00 per hour or part thereof is
applicable. Marquee hire for deck additional if
required.

BOOKING POLICY Dooralong Valley Resort is unable
to accept advance bookings more than 12 months prior to the date of
the wedding.
DEPOSITS
A $250.00 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your
booking. A further 50% deposit is required within 30 days. Final
deposit is required 5 working days prior to the wedding date. Final
minimum billing numbers are required 5 working days prior to wedding
day.
ACCOMMODATION
Bridal Suite: Complimentary suite
for bride & groom applicable to weddings of 30 guests or more.
Includes: Accommodation and breakfast. Check in from 3pm - check out
at 12noon
Early Check In:
Early access of 8.00am to bridal suite can be arranged. Cost -
$100.00
Guest Accommodation:Two night minimum
cottage stay applies on weekends, long weekends & public holidays.
One night stay in Lodge Building Rooms subject to availability.
Accommodation for
your guests should be arranged direct through reception. These are
subject to availability, so early bookings are advised especially
for weekends.
FOOD & BEVERAGE

as an example for your information. * Please
note 10% surcharge on food & beverage applies to Sundays and Public
Holidays
FLOWERS/EQUIPMENT Dooralong Valley Resort is happy
to assist with the organising of your function, however due to
personal preferences it is recommended that suppliers and equipment
are sourced directly
by the client.
PAYMENT
The balance of food is to be paid 5 working days prior to the day by
cash or credit card. Should you wish to pay by cheque, payment is
required 7 days prior to your function, and the balance of the
wedding and beverages to be paid at the conclusion of the night.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS IN THE CONSERVATORY & DECK AREAS
All amplified music and entertainment for weddings in the Jillliby’s
Conservatory & Deck areas must cease at 10pm due to Resort noise
restrictions. Management reserves the right to lower music levels if
noise complaints are received prior to 10pm.
