Enjoy the culinary delights in the warm ambience of Jilliby's Restaurant. Take your seat among reminders of bygone days, the romance of a traditional hearth and toughened beams hand-adzed by the craftsmen of yesteryear. Sit by the open fire place or enjoy views over the resort grounds through the restaurant and conservatory window or take advantage of Jilliby's deck area and the extensive verandahs, especially in the warmer months. Licensed bar facilities are available with an extensive traditional cocktail list and carefully picked local Australian wines.

Located in the main Lodge building, Jilliby's Restaurant features modern Australian cuisine in a relaxed country atmosphere with distinctive country flavours. The superior meat and poultry, super fresh vegetables and fruit are all prepared to enhance the individual flavours and textures. Freshly baked crumbly pastries, creamy deserts and fresh baked breads are all complimented with fine Australian cheeses and superb wines, many sourced locally from the Hunter Valley.

In the afternoons of cooler months, take advantage of the big open fire on the deck. Sip cocktails whilst overlooking the picturesque beauty of the valley and just relax.
