Our Fully Inclusive Package
To assist you in budgeting and planning for your meeting, we have designed a series of fully inclusive meeting packages below that will cover your delegate's needs each day. We are also happy to create individual packages to suit your needs.

Your delegates are accommodated in colonial style with our resort cabins featuring a master bedroom with queen, loft bedroom with two single bed, and a lounge room sofa bed. Alternatively, single delegates may choose from our hotel style rooms and suites.

Should you require a detailed quote for any future meeting needs, we would be happy to assist you. However for your immediate information, the basic prices are as follows.

Accommodation & Breakfast:
$215.00 per delegate single
$135.50 per delegate twin share
$104.00 per delegate triple share

Quad share delegate rates are also available

Conference Day Package:
Includes morning tea, lunch, lunch beverages (O.J & soft drinks), afternoon tea & conference room hire with standard equipment (O.H.P & screen, flipchart and whiteboard).

$51.50pp (includes day package + sandwiches, cut fruit & farmhouse cheese lunch)
$58.00pp (includes day package + buffet lunch)

Dinner:
Includes either 3 course Table 'd Hote (groups under 20), 3 course alternate drop menu,
buffet or BBQ (groups over 20).
$52.00pp
 

* Standard conference equipment includes: 1 x Overhead Projector & Screen; 1 x Flipchart; 1 x Whiteboard for the main conference room. Additional equipment (including data projectors) available for hire through Bax AV, our onsite audio visual equipment specialists.

Spouse and child rates are available upon request.

Recreation
Rates include use of standard resort facilities, swimming pool, tennis courts, canoes, bushwalking, beach volleyball, plus more. Horse riding, target golf and mountain bike hire are available at additional.
